Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Managing recruitment and selection process.
- Strategic planning for hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere.
- Recruitment process including sourcing resumes, arranging interviews, offer management, reference check.
- Understand hiring managers’ requirements by studying organization plans and objectives to meet the hiring expectations.
- Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through online job portals and various platform.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation.
2. Human Capital Management:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital management.
- Consult executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their business or company.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, eg. Employee Handbook, Employee Development Programmes, etc.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
- Employee engagement activities, eg. Team Building activities.
- Handle employee confirmation/probation extension/resignation process.
- Identify training needs.
- Performance Management.
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
- Stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Suite and various Software programs.
